Built on Managed MailOps

The Managed MailOps service that runs today handles real customer migrations: legacy VMware exits, POP3/SMTP continuity for apps that won't change, outbound relay with reputation management, and DNS health monitoring. MailForge takes that same operational backbone and wraps it in a self-serve SaaS layer.

What MailForge covers

Inbound mail

POP3/IMAP access for legacy clients that won't migrate. Modern IMAP with TLS for everything else. We handle the migration from your existing provider — no downtime, no code changes.

Outbound relay

Dedicated SMTP relay for applications, transactional email and system notifications. Rate limiting, reputation management and bounce tracking built in.

Deliverability & DNS health

SPF alignment, DKIM signing, DMARC policies, bounce tracking, spam filtering and DNS health monitoring with alerts when things drift.

Migration support

Moving email providers is stressful. We make it boringly reliable.

We handle the heavy lifting — DNS changes, mailbox migration, application reconfiguration.
POP3/SMTP continuity for legacy apps that can't be changed — they keep working during and after migration.
Dry-run migrations so you see exactly what will change before anything goes live.
Rollback plans because good ops always has a way back.

Current vs. future

Today: Managed MailOps runs on the same infrastructure that will power MailForge. We're already doing migrations, managing DNS health and operating outbound relay for real customers.

MailForge (upcoming): A self-serve SaaS layer on top of that operational backbone — where you can manage domains, check DNS health, configure relay settings and monitor deliverability through a web interface, with agent-operated support behind it all.

Agent-operated ops

MailForge is operated by agents who can provision, inspect, repair and report — with humans approving the actions that matter.

Faster triage: automated diagnostics catch issues before customers notice.
Risk-based human approval: one-tap for routine work, stronger auth for dangerous changes.
Dry-run and audit trails so automation is safe by default.
Visible status: you always know what's happening with your email infrastructure.
